Saleh is a special counsel at MAQ Legal and has over 30 years of experience working in real estate law. Prior to joining MAQ Legal, Saleh worked with the Muscat Municipality’s legal department where he has represented the authority in all cases brought by or against the Municipality at courts of different stages across the Sultanate. This is in addition to preparing legal opinions and memorandum on the various legal queries arising in relation to Oman’s real estate laws. Since joining MAQ Legal, Saleh has worked on multiple litigation matters involving disputes at the Courts of Appeal and the Supreme Court.
