Iman is an Associate Trainee at MAQ Legal and an LLB Law graduate from the University of Leeds. Iman advises on corporate, commercial, and banking (including Islamic finance) matters and has assisted clients with drafting and reviewing of their commercial arrangements including liquidation, mergers, acquisition and corporate compliance and advising on the issuance of bond and sukuk issuances.
