Notably, MAQ Legal’s lawyers have also contributed to shaping the legal and regulatory framework for Oman’s capital markets, having advised regulatory bodies on key legislative initiatives, including, the Bond and Sukuk Law, the handbook for the clearing exchange and its operations and the funds regulations.
