Khalid Al Abri is a founding partner of the Firm and has vast experience in drafting and registration of documents with the Oman Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion, Capital Market Authority, Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, Ministry of Environment and Climate Affairs and the Muscat Clearing and Depository Company SAOC. Khalid also has experience in handling matters related to company formation such as establishing a branch, limited liability company, joint stock company and share transfers and attending to all their compliance requirements including annual general meetings of shareholders. Khalid has also undertaken considerable work before the Primary Courts of Oman. He has appeared at Court hearings for civil and commercial litigation matters on behalf of corporate clients.
